On multiple occasions Younique has sent me damaged , unsealed , expired or near expired items! Customer service is a joke . They blatantly lie and try to downplay your expired and damaged items . Then they want you to pay to ship back for product credit when they receive it . They take no accountability for their unsafe consumable items . Never again !! A box of Collagen is $112 , it should not be unsealed , damaged or expired !!
Younique makeup and skincare are generally good. But, the eyeshadow, both powder and liquid are absolutely AMAZING. I have very oily eyelids and my entire life, for 30 plus years never wore eyeshadow because it would just ensure in my crease 20 minutes later. Not with Younique. The eyeshadow is amazing. Beautiful colors, bit most importantly, it stays on! Will never switch. I wish they had not changed their skincare and single eyeshadow pots... but still love the line.
I have had the bare you bb cream and I have had a really bad reaction to it where it feels like I have had acid thrown in my face , swollen eyes where I can hardly see tiny blisters itchy skin I am in so much pain , a friend of mine said she had the same reaction please do not use i have never had any reactions to any makeup products so this is a first I am so upset and disappointed with this product will never use younique again .
Scam business. This company steals personal information and data from people who have not purchased or have any history with their products. They had access to my personal details and have ignored all my attempts to explain how they obtain my information.
I'm generally reluctant to leave negative feedback, but the poor customer support experience has left me with no choice but to share my thoughts. Despite the initial inadequacies in support, the quality of the original collagen product was sufficient for me to maintain my subscription. However, I was profoundly dismayed to find that the quality of both the product's packaging and the product itself has been significantly reduced. The alteration in the product's formula has not been an improvement, rendering the taste intolerable. I am currently awaiting a response from customer service regarding the return of this disappointing product. My dissatisfaction with both the company's decision to change the product and the lackluster support is profound.
I joined for myself because I need to save money and get the discount. I joined as a affiliate which means I don't need to build teams and I can sell from other companies if I wanted to. I find the products good and have used them in the past. I've never had any problems and I like that I can use other products not just Younique I will probably only buy every 6 to 9 months I'm not in it to make money. But my experience has always been good with this company.
Never received the 10 day email informing me they were going to charge me and send something I didn’t want - they took the money and delivered it. I was told to reject/return at the post office which I did. On 28th October. Went away on holiday. Came home and it’s been delivered again. They will not accept I didn’t receive an email. Not in junk. I will never buy from this company again. Disgraceful.
