Although the communication can be a bit slow with responses taking 1-3 days, the team especially the campaign manager is exceptional - Now is the communication much better!!! It’s truly worth the wait. For general questions you can use their chatbot assistant but for more detailed inquiries ALWAYS consult your personal campaign manager.
