Sadly I decided to choose this company and I found out that they were only delivering fake bot streams. They tell you that they do meta ads to promote your music but they never send you any proof of it. After weeks I received an email from my distributor warning me of artificial/fake stream. If you are about to decide if trusting this company, please stay away from it. I did it and I can tell you that they are not doing what they promise and furthermore they never reply to emails.
Do NOT work with this company. I started my campaign with them in the beginning of October. After two months of sketchy results which looked like Spotify bots, I decided to ask for my money back, as they work with a not happy, money back guarantee. As much as I now try to reach out to them, I can't get a hold of them anymore. To top it all off, a few days ago I got a claim from my distributer saying that illegal activity and fake streams had been detected since the beginning of October. Put 1 and 1 together, right?I'm now going back and forth with my bank to work out if I can get my money back through them.Just put your promotional budget in building your own ads or buying credits at Spotify playlist sites like Submithub. That does a lot more for your carreer than these mf's.
It seems that this service is based on generating artificial streams. They don’t provide any evidence of the actual ads, nor any reports regarding the supposed ad campaign. You get a lot of streams for a short period of time with a disproportionate low number of saves, playlist ads and followers. In my case, a significant part of these streams were discarded by Spotify, who identified them as irregular. I didn’t have a song taken down by the platform, but I was advised by Spotify to refrain from using this type of service. As a result, my statistics were significantly decreased by the platform. This kind of promotion does not seem to comply with Spotify’s guidelines.
Your-Music-Promotion delivers solid results during their campaigns but falls short in key areas. I used their $30 beginner campaign for my band and was impressed by the 5,000 streams it generated. My music also made it onto algorithmic playlists and even got radio exposure, which was a nice bonus. However, the main downside is the dramatic drop-off in streams after the campaign ends. It feels like the audience is artificially boosted during the campaign, as my daily streams went from 400–800 to just 13–20 afterward. Sustaining momentum is a major challenge.Customer service is another weak point. They’re incredibly slow to respond—it took over a week to get a reply to one email, and they completely ignored three others. This lack of communication is frustrating, especially when you’re trying to address issues or ask for advice.Overall, Your-Music-Promotion is worth it if you want a short-term boost for a release. But don’t expect ongoing results or good support after the fact.Update: Distrokid removed my songs from spotify cus I had used 'Artificial Streams'. I did put the songs back now. They probably use bots.
Very bad experience I would like to share with you. I can tell you now after I have purchased 4 plans from them ($29 dollars plan, $145 plan and two $457 plan)In these months I could experience some very serious red flag I would like to show you so you will not have to experience this:-The assistant that "should assist you" is never replying to emails and the best you can get is an incomplete and not helpful answer after 4/5 days of delay. This lack of communication has affected very badly my campaign. They did mistakes in targeting and for days I lost money for wrong targeting campaigns.- Since the beginning I have always asked to receive my Campaign Reports and Ad Spend Proof (like they assure on their website) with no success. Only after weeks of emails not answered, I receive a very simple text in an email with the names of the songs and the streams they got (nonsense, since I can check these data even on my Spotify For Artist! What I wanted and they never showed me, was the 'Ad Spend Proof').- I had no proof that they were doing real Ads. The fact that on three campaigns out of four they "got wrong" the targeting got me suspicious. Every time I was receiving U.S.A targeted streams I have never asked (and especially I asked and highlighted in a lot of emails to put the targeting in another country!). They pretended every time that it was a mistake but for three times in a row, it isn't a mistake anymore.- Now I can clearly tell you that they did this on purpose with some bot since this morning I have been reported for fake streams and I have been using ONLY their service. Not even doing ads by myself, not playlisting at all.- After all the mistakes they did, I asked for a refund that was never accepted (of course this time as well, after days and days of waiting for an answer to my email)- When I asked questions, the assistant asked me question back without answering and pretending not to see my requests of showing proof that they were actually doing a campaign. By now, I still haven't received any answer to my last email and I still haven't received any proof that those streams I got were real and they were coming from Ads Campaigns. They hide those data saying that they cannot show their "strategy" but they purposely confuse things and reply what they want. In fact, I have never asked them to show their strategy or creative ads, I asked for a SIMPLE SCREENSHOT as PROOF (even with pixels on sensible data). If you saw like me their ad on Instagram and felt like "Yeah I give it a try, it seems a trustworthy company", please keep in mind it could violate Spotify's guidelines and ruin your account's data with fake streams. Also, be prepared to get very nervous waiting for days for a reply from assistance.
Scam. They use bots to raise your numbers for 3 days and that’s it. After a month Spotify removed all of them because they have detected artificial streams. They don’t reply the emails and never show you what the “marketing campaign” is about. Even asking for it more than 5 times. Don’t waste your money.
Totally fake. after numerous e-mails only respond to one with a false promise and the campaign never started. Also, they are still trying to get money for a subscription that I never agreed with, since I purchased only a campaign and confirmed multiple times with support. Waste of time and money
My song got 135 listeners who streamed the song 13 times each. It goes without saying that it is completely unrealistic and inorganic. I have tried to contact them but have not received a responseThis is my first experience with spotify promotion, and I am extremely disappointed.
I was pretty excited to try this based on the reviews that I read on here. The results were mediocre at best. For the $450 campaign I got probably 5000 streams roughly? It’s hard to fully measure it because I also had organic traffic coming in at the same time.At one point randomly in the middle of the campaign they stopped running ads for probably a week or so. The customer service is incredibly slow so I tried to figure out why they stopped and 3 days went by before they responded. A ton of time/money was burnt during that period for no reason whatsoever.Towards the end of the campaign I tried to cancel because I realized it wasn’t worth it and it took 3-4 days for them to cancel it. During that time they tried to charge me for another month (which I denied before they could go through it with my bank).Overall it was alright I guess. I don’t think they are using bots. The saves ratio was randomly extremely low but the streams per listener was in the 3-4 range. It could be worth trying for other people just be prepared for things to potentially go similarly to my experience. Thanks for reading.EDIT: They are now flagging my review because it’s true and they don’t want to look bad. I see how they’ve been able to curate mostly 5 star reviews now. Stop trying to look good and try being a good company. It’s a much better business model.2nd EDIT: it looks like I might’ve actually been duped a little. Today Spotify flagged all of the streams I received from them as artificial so it looks like they were also using bots. So yeah just a complete scam. Stay away from this garbage.
