In my case that service did the bare minimum.I was a guest in a filthy place with bedbugs.Called and informed the 2nd day after a horrific night, their response was very late, after 5 days they stepped in and the resolution wasn't explained at all, stayed 1 of the 5 nights, demanded photos after my checkout, not since i was at the property and proceed with no explanation why they will refund only 2 nights, that resolution came 5 days after checkout, so 10 days after the problem report.Hope they will reorganize and be more responsive and fair.
