This has been the worst service I've encountered. I tried to cancel due to not receiving documentation and was told the information on how to cancel was included, which I never received. They demanded a fee, which I refused to pay due to the lack of documentation, leading to bailiffs being involved. The representative claimed there was no one above them, which was false, as another staff member confirmed otherwise. They do not monitor texts and have been rude and unhelpful, especially towards those with mental health issues.
