He walked through the house with me, helping me identify each item, and we ended up finding a dozen appliances to cover for a lower monthly cost. His approach was not pushy at all; he genuinely aimed to ensure I received a better deal. He addressed all my inquiries and even checked for any family bonuses that could be included in my paperwork. This has been the worst service I've encountered. I tried to cancel due to not receiving documentation and was told the information on how to cancel was included, which I never received. They demanded a fee, which I refused to pay due to the lack of documentation, leading to bailiffs being involved. The representative claimed there was no one above them, which was false, as another staff member confirmed otherwise. They do not monitor texts and have been rude and unhelpful, especially towards those with mental health issues.
I couldn't have wished for a better insurance experience. Every time I call, it's like there’s no trouble at all. I have multiple appliances covered, and every five years, I receive new ones. What more could I ask for? Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and New Year!
