The backpack is a nice looking one, but it doesn't necessarily work as advertised. The fat cat backpack isn't actually big enough to be suitable for my relatively large cat, even though the size is supposed to be right.On the other hand the customer support is one of the most offensive I've ever come across. They sent me a wrong item [one part of my order]. I got in touch with them about it. The person who got back to me first basically lied and told me that the information on the item page had been something that it wasn't. Of course as it happened I actually had a copy of the original page. I got back in touch with them and asked for a replacement mentioning that I do in fact have a copy of the original information. I received the world's most condescending response, and then my follow up emails were ignored. I DO NOT recommend this company, there are other similar [and in fact better] products out there you can purchase from people who actually have some respect for their customers.I originally wrote a negative review on their Facebook page, and after a few more negative reviews, the page disappeared. I guess that says everything.
