‼️A Serious Warning‼️ I ordered a printed jumper with a QR code that was clearly labeled “please scan me.” Once it arrived, I found that the QR code is unscannable on multiple devices, making it completely useless. When I addressed this issue, I was informed that QR codes are not tested and there's no guarantee they will work—this was never communicated before I made my purchase. This information was only revealed after my payment was processed and the item was delivered. I offered the company two reasonable solutions: 1. a reprint with a working QR code, or 2. a refund. Since then, communication has effectively stopped, with no resolution provided. If a feature isn't tested or can't be relied upon, customers should be informed before payment and production, not afterward. This has been a very disappointing experience with poor after-sales support. Thank you for the lack of help!
