‼️A Cautionary Tale‼️ I purchased a printed jumper featuring a QR code that was clearly labeled “please scan me.” Upon receiving it, I discovered that the QR code is unscannable on several devices, rendering it entirely ineffective. When I brought this to their attention, I was informed that QR codes are not tested, and there is no guarantee they will work—information that was never disclosed prior to my purchase. This was only mentioned after my payment was processed and the item was delivered. I provided the company with two reasonable solutions to address the issue: 1. a reprint with a functional QR code, or 2. a refund. Since then, communication has virtually ceased, with no resolution offered. If a feature is untested or unreliable, customers should be informed before production and payment, not after. This has been a very disappointing experience with inadequate after-sales support. Thank you for the lack of assistance!

Outstanding design quality! We encountered an issue with a mug order, and the very next day, the order was replaced to an excellent standard. I am truly delighted. The mugs are of great quality and the service is exceptional - I would highly recommend them.

She kindly removed the background for me, ensuring the photo blended seamlessly without any risk of a border. I highly recommend them for customized t-shirts!

An absolutely fantastic company! Their website allows you to upload your own designs onto a t-shirt and customize it as you wish! They have a great selection of t-shirt colors. Delivery was very quick, and the quality of the t-shirts is lovely. I can't wait to wear all my beautiful Disney t-shirts. Highly recommend!
