I wanted to order a baby grow for my niece to welcome home and meet, for the first time, her grandpa on Sunday. I spent hours designing the image I wanted on the item on Wednesday night and placed the order just after midnight. I paid extra for the Royal mail 24 option to receive it before Sunday. I reached out via WhatsApp. No response. Then via their chat support. It wasn't live, just initiated an email/ticket. K responded saying it's 48hrs to design and that if the next day delivery option were available, it would've come up as an option. Nowhere on the website or indeed in the purchase flow was this suggested. I found the only premium available and paid for it. The item arrived the following Wednesday, a whole week later. I expressed my frustration and the fact they misled me but they kept repeating the above and denied me a refund. The only thing I can do now is warn others.PS I had ordered from them a mug back in 2019 and the design didn't preview well. Their customer service agent was appalling on the phone and she even hung up on me so I'd left an honest review on here. The same manager, K, reached out and resolved the issue requesting I delete the review. I did.I hadn't realised I was ordering from this same company so I've now had 2/2 bad experiences. I certainly won't be forgetting the name this time and sure enough will NOT be using their services. Please note both items were not bad, quality wise, but the awful service and dishonesty will not forgotten or tolerated. K, this time I will not be removing the review as I've learned my lesson.
