First time user and ordered two hoodies with logo front and back. Without thinking or checking I just added a copy of a copy of a photo and must have expected a miracle (I'm pretty clueless). The next day Abby emailed me advising the picture quality was poor and it wouldn't make a good product. Abby advised me of what I needed and confirmed it was now good enough.Hoodies arrived today and they look AMAZING! I am so happy with the service and product. The hoodies are for my first live event for my show so quality was so important as there's a QR code included (which works).I'm grateful for the product, but Abby is the true hero.Thank you, will use again and again.
