This service claims to offer $20 a month for online medical help, but they charged $240 to my credit card without clear disclosure. I know two people who signed up, but the company refused to refund them even after they used the service once and wanted to cancel due to being dissatisfied. Is this the standard we expect from healthcare providers? One relative was only offered half of their refund, and they are seniors on a fixed income! The customer service and integrity are severely lacking. I strongly recommend considering other options!
