They make it seem like you are signing up for a $20 monthly plan but they charge you for the full year. They scam you out of $240.00 right away and when you try to dispute it they don't want to help you.

Instead, I was charged $240 upfront for the entire year. That is not a typical month-to-month subscription — it’s annual prepayment.
The pricing structure may technically be disclosed somewhere, but the way it’s presented is confusing and feels intentionally unclear. Customers should not have to decode billing terms.

I have been a client for a while and I am extremely satisfied with the services provided. The assessments are thorough, communication is clear, and support is available whenever needed. The Patient Care Advisor was both professional and compassionate. My prescription refill request was handled promptly. Not only did I receive an email confirmation, but I also received a call after the representative personally contacted my local pharmacy to ensure everything was received and processed on time. They have truly exceeded my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
