The company markets this as a “subscription,” but that’s misleading. Based on the wording on their website, I understood the cost to be $20 per month, with the flexibility to cancel after a month or two if I didn’t need the service.
Instead, I was charged $240 upfront for the entire year. That is not a typical month-to-month subscription — it’s annual prepayment.
The pricing structure may technically be disclosed somewhere, but the way it’s presented is confusing and feels intentionally unclear. Customers should not have to decode billing terms.
Transparency matters.
