Ordered a perching stool from this company on 30th January and received an acknowledgement. Then I've had absolutely nothing since. Complete radio silence - no despatch details or expected delivery date. I've tried calling a few times since 5th Feb but the phone is never answered and just goes to voicemail after a few rings. I have sent an email on 12th Feb and one 'contact us' web form as well.I've not had any return communication from this business. I find it abhorrent they can act like this operating a disabled products website.I've said on my website form if I don't get any reply then I'll be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back.
