Ordered a perching stool from this company on 30th January and received an acknowledgement. Then I've had absolutely nothing since. Complete radio silence - no despatch details or expected delivery date. I've tried calling a few times since 5th Feb but the phone is never answered and just goes to voicemail after a few rings. I have sent an email on 12th Feb and one 'contact us' web form as well.I've not had any return communication from this business. I find it abhorrent they can act like this operating a disabled products website.I've said on my website form if I don't get any reply then I'll be contacting my credit card company to do a charge back. I ordered on 30 January and received an acknowledgement. Then nothing. No despatch details, expected delivery date. I have sent 2 emails, one Web form, left 3 voicemail messages ( because the phone is never answered) but no communication from this business. Interesting to see they only respond to favourable reviews, which just about sums it all up.UPDATE. I paid through Karna and submitted a complaint to them about the order not being delivered. After 18 days of waiting, the supplier emailed today to say the item wasn't in stock and Klarna's intervention has resulted in a refund. I would suggest that you think twice about ordering from this business or, if you do, pay by Klarna, PayPal or your credit card.
I would like to give 0 stars, but it isn't an option. My item didn't arrive within the 3 to 5 working days, as stated on the website. I attempted to call, but the customer services number repeatedly cut out after 4 rings. I emailed customer services querying where my delivery was. 24 hours later I hadn't received a reply. I sent another email, cancelling my order and requesting a full refund. I made the same request on via their portal messaging. 2 days later I still hadn't received a response. I emailed, for a third time. 24 hours later, I contacted my credit card company.
