I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional and dishonest service we received from this company. A few weeks ago, a person called us pretending to be our usual ink supplier. They made sure to speak with our new staff member and insisted they would be sending the usual ink, which they claim to do every year at this time. When the ink arrived, we realized it was not from our regular supplier, and worse, it didn’t even work with our machine. We contacted the company, hoping for a resolution, but the experience was appalling. The man we spoke to was incredibly rude and hostile. Not only did he threaten to use a recorded conversation against us, but he also swore and pressured us on the phone, making the situation worse. He insisted that we could not return the ink, even though it was unopened and not as ordered.We will NOT be paying for this order, and we are now waiting for them to collect the ink. This is a classic case of a scam, and I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. The lack of professionalism, rudeness, and outright dishonesty is shocking. Please be wary if you are contacted by them, i cannot believe this supposed "business" is still allowed to run.
