I like to praise a company when they do well but I cannot say the same for this company. I had way too many problems with them and had to dismiss them. Problems included trying to charge me full price when only doing half a job, (3 times) then not answering my emails and messages left to discuss the problem and then the final straw was turning up sitting in van outside my house for several minutes then driving off and still sending me an invoice! (I know because I saw on my Ring camera) I emailed them again and told them what I saw and told them not to bother coming back. The chap did turn up at my house and apologised and then cleaned my windows for free. Apparently he went to find a loo and forgot to come back. I still cancelled their services.
