Alan cleans my windows really well and is very polite and respectful , taking care on cleaning all my y windows well. I am.happy with the service provided and like the fact I get a reminder text when they are coming to clean the windows, i like the eady link payment system too.
This company have taken payment without carrying out a service taken a picture of out side my house however nothing been done not a window or door avoid this company
And couldn’t care less about u complaining
I like to praise a company when they do well but I cannot say the same for this company. I had way too many problems with them and had to dismiss them. Problems included trying to charge me full price when only doing half a job, (3 times) then not answering my emails and messages left to discuss the problem and then the final straw was turning up sitting in van outside my house for several minutes then driving off and still sending me an invoice! (I know because I saw on my Ring camera) I emailed them again and told them what I saw and told them not to bother coming back. The chap did turn up at my house and apologised and then cleaned my windows for free. Apparently he went to find a loo and forgot to come back. I still cancelled their services.
Worked for this company for a little while, (I no longer do) often experienced issues with getting paid. Constant complaints from customers when I got to their homes, due to payments be taken without authorisation, poor communication, and harassment including showing up unannounced. Now hearing that they are trying to clean work that no longer belongs to them in my local area
I strongly recommend steering clear of this service as they frequently claim that cleaners have visited when they haven't even shown up. The management seems to prioritize taking payments over providing actual service, and as a former employee, I can confirm these issues are genuine.
They visit regularly and do an excellent job cleaning all the windows. Communication is straightforward, and the representative is helpful, professional, and quick to respond. They provided especially good service by informing us about some roof damage.
We recently had a technician come to clean our windows. The night before, we received a notification, and then he called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. The windows were cleaned efficiently, and afterward, we received a message informing us he was finished, along with warm holiday wishes. Outstanding and friendly service!
Regrettably, we have been charged for multiple cleaning services that either didn't occur or were only partially fulfilled. We advise customers to verify that the cleaning has actually taken place and the level of completion before making any payments. It's unfortunate that this service lacks reliability.
