Order #86923, still waiting for my refund. Ordered goods in August 2025. No goods received, promised and promised a refund. Nothing yet. They have all the information they need. Now ignoring my emails. Called them 4th April, advised I would get my £382 refund by 10th April, surprise, no refund. These guys have been in receipt of my payment of £382 since August 2025, with false promises and apologies. Do not trust them.
