I cancelled my orders and received written confirmation that the cancellations were accepted. Despite this, one order was dispatched, and although it was returned, the refund has still not been processed.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have experienced long delays and lack of clear resolution. In my experience, communication has been inconsistent and the matter remains unresolved.
