Awful company who give the same excuse time and time again... ordered back in August at the old price. Was then told I need to switch to Wegovy or pay the difference. Asked to switch to Wegovy. Waited two weeks for a response. Got no response. Then managed to save and pay the difference, so I chose to do that. Fast forward another two months, still nothing.. Loads of calls back and forth (around 2 times a month) to be told it would be delivered. Come January they asked me for more information and said I should have been told I cannot be given 10mg as there has been too much of a gap. There has now been a break of a good few months in my treatment and my weight has fluctuated but gone up overall.. I agree to 2.5mg.. Still to this day I am chasing and chasing for a refund in the difference which I won't get. Nor do I have the medication. I've spent my hard earned money for my confidence to be crushed again as this company has made me waste all my money spent with other companies since I am back at square one. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people who are trying to better themselves with a slight helping hand...
