Then I got another email stating there was a problem, and they couldn't provide a delivery timeline. This is very frustrating, especially since I'm running low and have already provided my payment details without knowing when my order will arrive. I tried calling, but my call was answered and then disconnected, and I haven't received any responses to my emails. I feel stuck and unsure about what to do next. I wouldn't recommend this service, as they seem to operate on their own schedule, not considering the customer's needs.
