These chancers keep pestering my 14 yr old child as the homeowner and money off discounts to buy oil from them! Never heard of this company in my life, they must be buying peoples information data which is illega!!l. Get a grip and sort yourself out or you'll be hearing me in a phonecall!
Wouldnt bother ordering from this company, got a text with a delivery date, that came and went with no delivery, then got a text a week later saying it was going to be delivered on the 9th of February, that also came and went with no delivery.
Ive rang customer services for the past 3 days which is shockingly bad as they all just back with the same scripted apology saying it’s on schedule to be delivered tomorrow, which is all I’ve heard for 3 days now.
Don’t understand why it’s so difficult to find a decent heating oil company these days.
Awful, failed to deliver by date given and spent the whole week calling and calling to find out when they were coming to deliver, ran out of heating oil so had no heating at all and it didn't make a difference to them, they never returned my calls or let me speak to a manager, just countless promises of call backs that never happened and 'attempted to deliver' when the CCTV clearly showed they had not. 4 days in Jan with no heating... shocking customer service.
I placed an order for oil on January 4th, expecting it to arrive today, but it still hasn't come. I received an email on the 15th saying it would be delivered the next day, but that didn't happen. Then I got another email stating there was a problem, and they couldn't provide a delivery timeline. This is very frustrating, especially since I'm running low and have already provided my payment details without knowing when my order will arrive. I tried calling, but my call was answered and then disconnected, and I haven't received any responses to my emails. I feel stuck and unsure about what to do next. I wouldn't recommend this service, as they seem to operate on their own schedule, not considering the customer's needs.
I received very little notice about the delivery date. The driver did not ring the doorbell to inform me of his arrival. The delivery note was carelessly placed on the floor in the porch—why not put it in the letterbox or on the windowsill? Furthermore, the price on the delivery note did not match the quoted amount, and there was no explanation for this discrepancy. This was my first experience with the service, and I was hoping for a more positive customer experience.

They could not provide a new date. When I called the next morning, I was told it might take another three days, but that was not confirmed. If you need delivery on a specific day, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
