Is there an option for negative stars?
Truly the worst customer service. I ordered an item on December 17 - supposedly everything is “made to order” and requires 4-6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went, no updates.
Then, on inquiry only, an email saying “the product is in final stages of quality check.” Then nothing for 2w. On the next status check, there was an icky, car salesman-y email saying “they caught a quality issue and need two more weeks “at the most.” Two weeks came and went. On the next nudge - a hilarious email that said “next week or the week after, at the latest.”
(Should have known at this point it was a clown show.) asked for a refund - crickets. Threatened a chargeback and gloriously scathing review - no answer.
Here we are, three whole months later. Chargeback with my bank to solve the whole issue.
A friend who happened to have received their item (much to their own shock spice YOR’s reputation is widely known to be scum) showed me the quality - it’s garbage.
Seriously, someone should revoke their domain - and use the script above.
Scam would be a compliment - this is nothing more than a shoddy failed business.
