I have heard from many who have waited months to a year without receiving their orders or any information. Despite numerous emails without replies, they manage to promote discounts and post on social media while neglecting customer orders. This feels fraudulent, as they seem to only serve content creators. It's frustrating to think about how many individuals may have been misled; I wish more attention was given to this unreliable business.
