The idea is appealing, but the host execution is inadequate. Given the user base and revenue, basic features should have been added by now. I can't cancel reservations, and I recently dealt with a user who provided a fake contact number, leaving me unable to reach them since there’s no messaging or email—only an unverified phone number. Also, I was asked to leave this review because my pricing settings didn't apply correctly. After updating prices, I found I had to go to the calendar to locate a reset button that wipes everything, including blocked dates. There was no mention of this on the pricing page, and it seems like a simple fix that should have been integrated. The product hasn’t seen an update in over two years, making it feel neglected. A few months of development could solve these issues! I use a competing service that offers a much better experience for hosts, with a cancellation option, multiple contact methods, and no login complications. I wish this service would take some cues from them.
