This company’s auto-renewal system is a total trap. Despite finding a cheaper spot, they forced a 2-day delay on my cancellation, effectively forcing me to pay for two separate bookings for the same vehicle.
They refuse to offer flexibility and hide behind 'monthly-only' policies to justify double-charging customers. It is a complete rip-off designed to create financial hardship. Avoid at all costs.

The parking space was in a well lit, clearly marked residential parking area in the middle of a quiet housing estate. It was a pleasant 5 minute walk from Utilita Arena in Birmingham. The owner of the space was also very pleasant to deal with and understanding when we needed to talk to her about a timing issue.
I used their services to park a big campervan.
While I was outside of the country for about a month, I got a 1 day termination email from them stating that I'm sleeping in the campervan...
Besides the fact that if some homeless person broke into the car they should have provided security, but they had no evidence obviously.
Employees were too stupid to understand their own business or to give me any explanation, I think they contracted Horizon parking for part of the service, or the other way around.

Also, I was asked to leave this review because my pricing settings didn't apply correctly. After updating prices, I found I had to go to the calendar to locate a reset button that wipes everything, including blocked dates. There was no mention of this on the pricing page, and it seems like a simple fix that should have been integrated. The product hasn’t seen an update in over two years, making it feel neglected. A few months of development could solve these issues! I use a competing service that offers a much better experience for hosts, with a cancellation option, multiple contact methods, and no login complications. I wish this service would take some cues from them.
