I’ve been with this company for two years. After recently selling our property I contacted them to cancel my policy. I was told the policy had auto renewed 1 and a half months previously and would either have to transfer the policy to a new property or pay for the remaining year. I stated we were moving in with family so it wasn’t an option to transfer to a new address. The person I spoke with asked the manager if there is anything I would do. I was told I would need to continue paying for the remaining 10.5 months.
