An experience with ups and downs.

The website is user-friendly, allowing me to quickly find what I needed, and the checkout process is straightforward with various delivery options. However, my experience soured after placing my order. I paid for a specific delivery date, expecting someone to be home. On the scheduled day, the delivery service claimed my parcel was at their depot, then said it wouldn't arrive, only to repeat that it was still at the depot. They promised delivery the next working day, which I assumed would be Sunday, but I received no updates. After contacting the support team, they responded promptly and said they would issue a refund for the delivery charge and prioritize my package. Unfortunately, they did not follow up, and the parcel did not arrive on Monday. I emailed again expressing my frustration and requested a cancellation if it didn't arrive on Tuesday. I received a generic response reiterating what I already knew. Finally, the delivery came late on Tuesday evening, well past the original delivery window. While the items were fine, the delay was disappointing, and I don’t plan to order online again while this delivery service is involved. I understand the issue was mostly with the delivery service, but I expected better communication from the support team.
