I have been a customer of Yours Clothing both in person and online for years but today is the day that I take my money elsewhere.
I ordered two jumpers and a pair of boots online, it's vital I wear boots as I need ankle support for a medical condition and wear extra wide boots and a size too big to accommodate my needs. I have never had an issue with yours footwear before, it fits like a glove hence my repeated purchases. Got the order today, tried the jumpers on and loved them. Tried the boots on, the right one fit like a glove, zipped all the way to the top. The left one wouldn't go over my ankle. Checked to see if they were different sizes and no... They are both the marked the same size. Decided to return them. They want £1.99 PER ITEM to return them because if they're not faulty they'll put them back on the shelves. They charge YOU to resell their stock. You have no item but you're paying them £1.99 for that privilege. The web advisor did no security, refused escalation and copied and pasted the same nonsense 12 times. Disgusting is not the word. Pathetic is more like it! I hope their £1.99 fine is worth losing a customer who, on average, spends between £40 and £100 a shop, and has been for years!
I ordered a gift voucher on 25.12.2025, and I had confirmed it would be sent via email. However, the invoice indicated it would be mailed, which was frustrating as it was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I reached out to the support team, provided my daughter's email again, and was promised it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, it still hasn't been delivered as of 04.01.2026. Additionally, I've received an email regarding a return that I never initiated (what return?).
I didn't receive my items due to the unreliable delivery service, which claimed they couldn't locate my address. It's frustrating, and I strongly suggest you reconsider your delivery partners. While I did receive a refund, that doesn't address the main issue. I won't be ordering again until changes are made.
I am thrilled with my purchases, especially the faux leather biker jacket. The material is lovely, it fits well, and the sleeves are just the right length. The Christmas t-shirts are of excellent quality, particularly for the price.
I had a wonderful shopping experience today; the staff were helpful, courteous, and cheerful. I found a beautiful dress for Christmas day that is both lovely and lightweight. It’s perfect for wearing during the day as a hostess or in the evening, and I got it at half price. Later, I purchased a Christmas gift for my daughter online, and it arrived very quickly. I'm excited to see her in it!
I ordered an item with next day delivery, but it didn’t arrive as promised. I reached out to the support team regarding the delivery, but received no response. After several days without my parcel, I tried contacting them again, still with no reply. Nearly two weeks later, I made a third attempt to get in touch, but there was still no response. I paid for an item and next day delivery, yet I received nothing and no communication. This has been extremely frustrating.
This time of year is incredibly hectic for everyone, yet the company remains highly professional. Orders are processed swiftly, prices are reasonable, and the quality of the clothing is impressive. As a regular customer, I am very satisfied.
Avoid the frustration, the return processing is extremely slow.
I sent my parcel back on the 23rd of November and I'm still waiting for my refund. I attempted to reach out via email but received no response, even after a week. I also tried the online chat and waited for an hour, only to be informed that I need to wait 28 days, not counting weekends or bank holidays. It appears that I have to wait 6 weeks for a refund! I will never order from this service again.
