Ordered on the 13th, paid for fast delivery. Out for delivery on the 15th.....and thats it! Its now the 26th, yodel apparently tried to deliver (they didnt) and the tracking has stayed the same ever since. Now I haven't actually got a problem with the clothes, its the service. Despite numerous emails, I'm still none the wiser where my parcel is, I'm still out of pocket and yours just dont seem to care. I used to love this company but lately (due mainly to delivery issues, yodel) I'm put off buying. A shame really as the clothes are lovely!
