Ordered quite a few items, all were squeezed into the smallest bag possible so they were creased on arrival. No delivery note (Yours have stopped doing these to lessen their carbon footprint - yeah right, more like save them money). They sent me an email saying invoice attached, it was completely blank.Clothes are generally reasonable for the price but why do they go longer as the sizes increase? Don't Yours know how to size up properly? And why do they no longer stock the larger sizes in store? Embarrassed by what should be their target market?Edit in response to Yours reply. You've promised to pass on feedback before, nothing ever happens. And I contacted you via social media about the invoice, no reply. So stop trying to placate unhappy customers and actually do something for once.
