The clothing is fantastic, but the Customer Service is terrible. When the website would not allow me to finalise my order, I spoke to a representative & both my husband & I had to practically force her to help me place my order! (She just kept telling me to keep trying, but I had already been trying for DAYS!) My order(s) came with the correct items but the wrong pricing, & no details showing on my account even after ANOTHER call to Customer Service, & I STILL don't have the Points I earned with my purchases, & since my orders STILL don't show any detail there's zero chance of returning anything. Doubt I'll order again, despite loving the clothing, too many chances for something to go wrong with no help in sight.
