I hadn't shopped with them for nearly two years due to a previous poor experience, but I decided to give them another chance and regret it. After receiving gift vouchers, I found that they are processed differently than expected, which complicated my orders. I had to place multiple orders to use my vouchers, and returning items bought with them has been a hassle. I've contacted customer service multiple times regarding a refund, but the process has been frustratingly slow, and their responses have been rude. I cannot recommend this service and certainly won't shop here again.
