I placed an order for a sweatshirt and cuffed jogger set. When it arrived there was only the sweatshirt. I contacted Yours via email and phone. I was told that the jogger was unavailable, and i could keep the swearshirt or return and have a full refund. I was dissapointed as this was the first time i have ordered from Yours clothing and don't know why i was sent the sweatshirt and no jogger if it was part of a set and still charged full price. I was also told i would not have to pay for the postage when i return the package but have had to pay £1.99 ! Not a happy customer.
