Yesterday I wanted to return 3 items from 2 different orders due to poor fit and quality. The system wanted me to pay for 2 returns and send them in separate parcels. This is logistically, environmentally and economically stupid. Their customer services provided an email. I emailed them they haven't replied. I tried to contact them again today using their live chat, they put me onto Yasmin the bot, eventually I got through to customer services who immediately told me they were very busy so I had to be patient. I was patient...for an hour. Then they cut me off. I went to their contact us page to complain, it didn't exist. You can't complain or contact this company.
