Website easy to navigate; box was sent out quickly and in full. Well packed etc. Clothing items seem to have improved greatly since I last used Yours - lots of options, well fitting and good quality except for one T-shirt puckered around the neckline.My only complaint is the delivery carrier (Yodel) and their whimsical "updates". My parcel status was "Out for Delivery" a mere 3 minutes before being left on the driveway in full view of the road. I had gone out to do chores relying on their information. I am lucky my parcel wasn't stolen. Should've picked a different delivery option.
