I returned 3 mens Badrhino Shirts recently , one beacuse it didnt fit right and the other two because the items were faulty due to be badly made.. I got refund for the badly fitting shirt and 1 other faulty items. When I changed them on why I didnt get the refund for the other Faulty shirt I was told that the returns warehouse said it had been washed, therefore they will not refund and I have to pay £3.99 to have there shirt returned to me.. I agued that the shirt was not washed and that the could only smell aftershave as my husband had put it on towear it out butter buttons kept popping open only to inspection and realise that the buttonholes where badly made.. after couple of email exchanges explaining to them that under the consumer act 2015 I have a right to my money back as the item was faulty I was given a refno. Saying that the warehouse manager would deal with it. Despite trying to contact via email, phone and chat since they have blanked me completely and seem to be refusing to refund me ... I will never buy from them again... my suggestion is if you customer service give you a ref. No. Then please follow it up .. obviously customer service is not on Badrhine or Yours clothing's agenda
