I am appalled at the level of customer service, this being non-existent. Auto- generated blah emails with nothing to back it up. Not a single response from a person! Paid for items on a specified delivery charged extra. Never received the goods on the day they were said to be 'out for delivery'. Next day delivery service said contact sender, I did. Standard automated response, check back in 24 hours. Did so, delivery company still showed as contact sender, I did and got yes, you guessed it, same auto response as before. Check back in 24 hours. I did. Same status. Same response. 10 days later still no items and now the delivery service has sent an email to say they are returning my parcel to the sender!!! And yes still no response. I shall no longer be buying anything from a company that shows so little concerned for their customer's experience!!
