For the second time within a couple of months I have received something wrong in a package that only had two items. I ordered a pair of straight leg trousers. On receipt of the package l found that it had a label on the outside of the plastic bag showing details for the trousers I had ordered. I could see a label attached to the trousers inside the bag that showed they were, in fact ‘boot cut’. What is going on in the warehouse?
