Ordered a jacket which was to be delivered when I was out so requested it be put in a secure bench next to my porch, yodel didn't do this, they left it at front door & it went missing. Yodel were absolutely awful & couldn't answer why it wasn't left in a safe place. I contacted yours to advise & they gave me a refund straight away, excellent customer service which im so happy about as I love using yours clothing.
