I wouldn’t normally give a poor review so start with pros:Speedy deliveryEfficient returnsShoes looked fineCons:The materials were extremely cheap - leather was a paper thin layer and the shoe itself felt like it was made of cardboard - honestly the worst quality boot I’ve ever come across and that is totally unacceptable for £80.The box arrived very damaged. Finally, the boots were marketed as 9 which used to be an eu43 but has now become an eu42. That is a very different shoe size. The change in size decision isn’t clearly marked anywhere. If you’ve always bought a 9, you don’t then expect to need to check the size guide every single time you buy a pair. I have no idea why some shops have made this change but it’s a nightmare when finding shoes for women with eu43 feet is hard enough as it is!
