A parcel went missing, tracking number did not update for over a week, complained as best I could but only ChatBots to deal with, requested a REFUND IN FULL but still waiting, so now , no parcel, no money, no items, Evri are the Couriers which seem to be getting worse and worse, dreadful service for this particular parcel
