I ordered a gift voucher on 25.12.2025, and I had confirmed it would be sent via email. However, the invoice indicated it would be mailed, which was frustrating as it was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I reached out to the support team, provided my daughter's email again, and was promised it would arrive the next day. Unfortunately, it still hasn't been delivered as of 04.01.2026. Additionally, I've received an email regarding a return that I never initiated (what return?).
