I have been a customer of Yours Clothing both in person and online for years but today is the day that I take my money elsewhere.
I ordered two jumpers and a pair of boots online, it's vital I wear boots as I need ankle support for a medical condition and wear extra wide boots and a size too big to accommodate my needs. I have never had an issue with yours footwear before, it fits like a glove hence my repeated purchases. Got the order today, tried the jumpers on and loved them. Tried the boots on, the right one fit like a glove, zipped all the way to the top. The left one wouldn't go over my ankle. Checked to see if they were different sizes and no... They are both the marked the same size. Decided to return them. They want £1.99 PER ITEM to return them because if they're not faulty they'll put them back on the shelves. They charge YOU to resell their stock. You have no item but you're paying them £1.99 for that privilege. The web advisor did no security, refused escalation and copied and pasted the same nonsense 12 times. Disgusting is not the word. Pathetic is more like it! I hope their £1.99 fine is worth losing a customer who, on average, spends between £40 and £100 a shop, and has been for years!
