This is a scam. I have no idea how they got my details since I don’t remember signing up with them. I found out today that they withdrew three payments of $47.99 from my account, plus international fees, for something I never agreed to. I contacted their generic support email, but only received a standard reply. I'm currently trying to resolve this with my bank, but it’s not straightforward.
