I believe this is a scam, as I'm unsure how they obtained my information since I don’t recall creating an account. Today, I discovered they withdrew three payments of $47.99 from my bank account, along with international fees, for a service I never subscribed to. I reached out to their generic support email and received a standard response. I'm currently trying to resolve the issue with my bank, but it’s been quite difficult.

Caution - Unauthorized Charges

I was fine with paying £1.99, but I didn't want to incur additional charges for the IQ test results. I canceled the subscription, yet they attempted to charge me £23.99 for a monthly fee. Thankfully, my bank alerted me, as this seems to be a common issue. They advised against signing up, and if you do, ensure you use a credit card that can be blocked later.

Complete Scam!

I took a test back in July 2025, and since then, I've faced unauthorized transactions with no way to stop them without blocking my card entirely. I don’t even have an account, and their contact methods are ineffective. Very frustrating!

Elderly Victim of a Scam

This is a scam. My elderly mother signed up after taking the IQ test, and like others, they began withdrawing regular payments from her account. I reached out to them via email, and although they said they would cancel the subscription, they haven't. We've blocked her debit card, yet they continue to attempt to charge her every month.
