Scam. Thought it was a one-off £1.99 for some light-hearted analysis but just discovered they've been taking £23.99 for the last three months so already £72 for absolutely nothing. I've requested a refund but expect it'll be a battle I thinkupdate - further to above I was surprised my complaint was dealt with swiftly (within 24 hours) and a full refund given, so perhaps they've listened to customers.
