time consuming and a waste of time and money. Your shortlist are only interested in taking money for dubious leads. The process of having to call and email 3 times, before you have to go through the battle of the pass back system is painful. This also just adds salt to the wounds that you are taking your time up on pointless leads. Out of about 20 leads, i've managed to pass back 14 the ones I haven't been able to passback as it passed the time (despite the clients not making decision till way into the future) only 1 was a genuine contact. This is such a timely process for zero value and at such a large cost per "lead". I have tried to provide feedback that at £300 + a lead you would expect to at least be given contact details of a decision maker or influencer. To be told you don't have to opt for those if you don't want to, however it doesn't make it clear when you are trying to bid for a lead. No interest in trying to improve the service.
